''Little Wide-Awake: A Story Book for Little Children'' was a children’s magazine published as a hardcover book. The first publication came out in 1875 and was edited by Lucy Sale-Barker, a British children’s writer, who continued to edit the magazine until her death in 1892.<ref>“Little Wide-Awake,” ''The Waterloo Directory of English Newspapers and Periodicals, 1800-1900, Series 2,'' Ed.
